Legacy Karate offers traditional martial arts instruction for children, teens, and adults in a welcoming, supportive environment. Whether you're stepping onto the training floor for the first time or returning after years away, you'll find a program designed to help you succeed.

Children's Karate (ages 4-12)

Our children's program focuses on building a strong foundation in both martial arts and character. Students learn age-appropriate karate techniques while developing valuable life skills such as respect, self-discipline, focus, confidence, coordination, and anti-bullying awareness.

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Classes are energetic, engaging, and structured to help children enjoy learning while growing in confidence and responsibility.

Teen and Adult Karate

Our teen and adult classes combine traditional karate with practical self-defense principles. Students train in fundamental strikes and blocks, kicking techniques, forms (kata), sparring (kumite), and self-defense applications.

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

We emphasize personal growth, physical fitness, and mental discipline, providing a challenging yet rewarding experience for all.

Weapons Training

Explore the art of traditional martial arts weaponry. This class focuses on discipline, precision, and coordination through the study of various martial arts weapons.

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

What is a typical class like for someone new?

For new students, a typical class begins with warm-up exercises, followed by fundamental techniques such as stances, blocks, punches, and kicks. We then move into forms (kata) or partner drills, concluding with a cool-down. Our instructors provide personalized attention to ensure proper form and understanding.
