Our Programs
At Legacy Karate, we offer traditional martial arts instruction for children, teens, and adults in a supportive environment that emphasizes character, confidence, and practical self-defense. Our curriculum is rooted in Hogan Ryū Kempo Karate, a traditional system that combines effective self-defense with time-honored martial arts values.
No matter your age or experience level, there is a place for you at Legacy Karate.
Little Warriors (ages 5–7)
Our youngest students are introduced to karate through fun, structured classes designed to build a strong foundation for future success.
Students develop listening skills, respect and courtesy, focus and attention, coordination and balance, self-confidence, and basic karate techniques.
Youth Karate (ages 8–12)
As students grow, so does their training. The Youth Karate program provides more advanced techniques and builds upon foundational skills, fostering discipline and growth.
Adult and Teen Karate
Our programs for teens and adults offer comprehensive training in Hogan Ryū Karate, focusing on self-defense, physical fitness, and mental fortitude.
